Carroll Electric Coop prefers EarthLinked DX Geothermal
Arkansas's largest coop - Carroll Electric, has again chosen EarthLinked DX Geothermal for its corpporate office addition in Berryville, AR.
EnviroGuard proudly announces our 5th project with and for Carroll Electric, beginning in 2003 James Sanders, now Vice President of Executive Services, after much research selected the EarthLiked system for his new home. His satisfacton lead to Rob Boaz, CEO of Carroll EEC, to follow suit in his new home in 2005.
In 2006 Carroll began a new operations and member services building project in Jasper, AR. James contacted Dan Bandimere of EnviroGuard to discuss his concerns related to the planned water source design and sizing provided by Engineers of 40 tons in a 7,400 sq/ft facility. At his request, EnviroGuard performed comparison load calculations and determined a required load of 19.5 tons.
After a round table discussion in Berryville with the Architects, Engineers, building contractor and EnviroGuard, James stated, " If you cannot prove that 23.5 tons will not properly conditon this building, then we will assume responsibility for the design and tonnage."
The Jasper facility is operating perfectly with no sizing issues related comfort which led to another successful project in Hunstville, AR in 2007. Now in 2010 EnviroGuard and Carroll continue to lead the way in understanding the "Sytems Approach" to construction and HVAC sizing as it applies to Phase one of their new3 level dispatch, training and warehouse addition.
